By signing, I confirm the information and photos above accurately reflect the condition of the equipment at this inspection. I understand the equipment must be returned to Freight Bridge in the same condition, ordinary wear and tear from proper use excepted .
Per the Freight Bridge Driver Safety & Operational Penalties Policy: a dirty truck or trailer return is subject to a $150 charge , and any damage due to negligence is the responsibility of the driver/renter (repair cost or insurance deductible). Any pre-existing damage must be documented above to avoid being charged for it.
